Tara Donald, LCSW

Hi, I’m Tara! It is one of my life’s purposes to guide others in their journeys for growth and finding peace and joy in their lives. Whether you are searching for therapy for yourself or for your child, you will be met with acceptance and support.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Illinois at Chicago. Throughout my career I’ve had the privilege of helping children, teens, and adults within residential and outpatient settings.

I work with children ages 5+, teens, and adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, attachment issues, parent coaching, relationship issues, ODD, behavioral issues, self-esteem, and life stressors. I have both in-person and virtual appointments immediately available.

When not at work you can find me taking nature walks with my husband and son, traveling, and doing arts and crafts.

Elvin Donald, LPC

Hi, I’m Elvin, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping you create meaningful change and live a more fulfilling life.

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University, and I truly believe that everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive. Sometimes, we just need the right support and tools along the way. My role is to walk beside you in that process, offering practical guidance and space to explore whatever challenges you're facing.

Before becoming a therapist, I served my community as a first responder and worked in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs with both adults and adolescents. These experiences shaped my ability to remain calm in crisis, build strong therapeutic connections, and support clients through complex emotional and mental health challenges.
