At Spring Anew Therapy we offer both in-person and telehealth services throughout Illinois. We offer individual and couples therapy, providing quality, evidence-based practices.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Illinois at Chicago. Throughout my career I’ve had the privilege of helping children, teens, and adults within residential and outpatient settings. I work with individuals ages 5+ who are experiencing challenges with mood disorders, ADHD, attachment issues, parenting challenges, relationship issues, oppositional defiance, self-esteem, and life stressors.
Tara works with children, teens, and adults and has both in-person and telehealth appointments available.

Hi, I’m Elvin, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping you create meaningful change and live a more fulfilling life.
I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University, and I truly believe that everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive. Sometimes, we just need the right support and tools along the way. My role is to walk beside you in that process, offering practical guidance and space to explore whatever challenges you're facing.
Before becoming a therapist, I served my community as a first responder and worked in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs with both adults and adolescents. These experiences shaped my ability to remain calm in crisis, build strong therapeutic connections, and support clients through complex emotional and mental health challenges.
