Ages 5-12

Your child may be experiencing emotional dysregulation, meltdowns, low self-esteem, and school and social issues.

With therapy we can strengthen their ability and confidence to handle stressors and triggers. They will learn the tools needed to help them be their best selves!

When working with children, I create a collaborative approach with parents and school staff to work together to help the child succeed and achieve their treatment goals as a team.

Children often learn best and express themselves openly through play, and we can incorporate art and play within the therapeutic space to make the experience engaging and interactive.

Treatment modalities include play therapy, CBT, DBT, parent coaching, and client-centered therapy.

Ages 13-17

Teens are faced with pressure from so many areas in their lives and therapy has become an essential tool to helping them navigate life’s challenges. My therapy office is a safe and supportive space to express yourself and learn the tools to help manage emotions and navigate life stressors that will set the foundation for success in life.

Treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, insight therapy, strength-based, and client-centered.

Ages 18+

Life has become challenging and you’re in need of support to help get you through this. Seeking and asking for help is a strength and we all deserve to have someone who can help us through hard times! Through therapy I will work with you and guide you toward achieving your therapy goals. Achieving a state of calm and joy is possible!

Treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, insight therapy, strength-based, client-centered, solution-focused, and Gestalt therapy.

Whether your relationship is facing a specific challenge or you simply want to strengthen your relationship, couples therapy can provide a supportive, structured environment to do so. You will learn the tools to better communicate and understand each other, resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and deepen your connection.
